Rooms:
The rooms are all suites, they have a bedroom with 2 queen size
beds, and then a pull out couch. They also have a small kitchen area with a
stove (not oven) Refrigerator, and Microwave. Free wifi in the rooms and in the
meeting room!
Doors open 10am Friday. Each registrant will receive the
following:

3 feet of cropping space with friends old and new.

54 hours Non-Interrupted scrapbooking time (no kids, husbands, boyfriends,
telemarketers or pets)
Door Prizes throughout the entire weekend.

Amazing raffles Friday, Saturday and Sunday
We will also be raffling off
something REALLY BIG on Saturday Night (but it is a secret for now)….

SNACKS, CHOCOLATE, WATER, SODA & COFFEE throughout the day!!!!!

QUEEN OF THE CROP – The cropper who registers the MOST friends to Croppers
Delight Weekend will be crowned QUEEN OF THE CROP! She will receive a special
gift basket filled with fantastic scrapping supplies. She will also be the first
on line for food with her friends. She will also receive a Croppers Delight
“Queen of the Crop” item to wear for the weekend!.

Saturday night Steve will be here hosting the party from 8pm-12

your deposit!

Registration will open TODAY!

We have a strict policy for payments:

RSVP: you have 1 week from RSVPing yes on meetup to make a deposit of
$100 pp, your final payment to receive Early Bird rate must be made by November
30th. If not your final payment for the crop must be made by DECEMBER 30th.

Cancellation: If you cancel before OCTOBER 30th you will receive a
full refund. Otherwise there is no
refund policy unless we cancel the event. Please understand that we need to pay
for many of the expenses up front based on the number of people who
register.

If you are registering as a
double, triple or quad room and your room mate does not attend you are
responsible for the remaining balance.
