Every cropper gets a huge table and plenty of space around your chair. We also cap the number of attendees – why feel like you are a sardine or sit in a huge, cold warehouse on uncomfortable chairs. We also offer amazing hotel discounts.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS - Valet service! We are the only crop we’ve ever heard of to offer valet service for a small additional fee of $5! Pull your car up to the front door and the porter will unload your scrapbook supplies onto a luggage cart and haul them into the crop room while you park your car. Stroll into the crop room with nothing to carry but your coffee.  Cricut, cartridge and computer station – We offer free use of 2 cricuts, 1 cricut expression, over 35 cartridges, a computer and printer! Uninterrupted Crop Time – Our events start at Noon on Friday and end at 3pm on Sunday (51 hours!) with the crop rooms open 24 hours WITH a staff member present to watch your belongings if you choose to head to bed. Scrapbooking Event in Frederick, MD. This “No Frills” Crop will be held on Saturday, March 5th at the Residence Inn by Marriott in Frederick, MD. If you have not been there before, this is a GREAT location. Close to the highway, convenient shopping right across the street (Just in case you need to venture out!), and the room is big enough to spread out, but not HUGE so we don’t have to yell at each other in order to have a conversation . Join fellow scrapbookers for an unhosted weekend of scrapbooking at Legacy Retreat House in Mt. Penn, PA–outside of Reading, PA (home of outlet shopping!)

We have a 4 bedroom, 3 bath retreat house that sleeps 10–all twin beds.  Our workroom has 10 workstations, each with it’s own 5 foot crop table, rolling leather chair, task lamp, and cup holder/ scrap catcher.  We need at least 4 guests to run the weekend and we have a few gals who are looking for a few others to join them!
